766 head yarded this week. The export and slaughter market remined unchanged from previous weeks for all descriptions. Store cows saw a slight decline in price today. Heavy feeder steers and heifers stayed firm. Backgrounder steers met a full panel of buyers, although operating at reduced rates. Today we saw a larger yarding of weaner steers and heifers. Weaner steers to return to the paddock met an easier market today as did heifers.
