Hayes and Co yarded 1449 at their third weaner sale for 2026 on Saturday. A top quality yarding saw a dear market for all descriptions which was in line with the April and May Weaner sales. New buyers from the Downs competed against local and the usual travelled buyers creating a strong competition with cattle going as far as Longreach and Alpha.
Hayes and Co again would like to thank all their vendors, buyers and carriers for their continued support. We would also like to thank Tim O'Dwyer from Kellco Rural Agencies for taking his time to judge the weaner sale.
The final Silverdale Weaner Sale will be held on Saturday, 15th August 2026.
