Hayes and Co yarded 1,023 at the final Hayes & Co Weaner sale of 2026. The market was easier on the previous 3 weaner sales, which is in line with current market conditions. Steers were strongly sought after, as local and travelling buyers competed to restock after record feeder prices. Euro x steers were in strong demand. All heifers were easier, but weighty Euro heifers hung on the best, while tropical heifers with content and lighter weights felt the biggest fall of the day.
