The Sarina Combined Agents yarded a total of 450 head comprising of 180 Steers, 128 Heifers, 134 Cows, 5 Cows & Calves & 3 Bulls. The market held firm on the previous sale a fortnight earlier. Cattle to processors were firm for what was yarded. A large run of store cows were yarded which were met with strong competition. Limited heavy feeder weight cattle were on offer, with more backgrounder/trade weight feeders coming to hand with the quality pens meeting strong competition. Weaner steers saw a top of $1,230 & weaner heifers made up to $900 for good quality flatbacks, with lesser quality cattle holding firm on the previous sale.
