A record yarding of 611 head which included many first time vendors, saw the market stronger for all descriptions with prices exceeding vendors expectations.
Processing cows were fully firm despite Christmas shutdown approaching with the best cows topping at $1650. The store market was the strongest it has been all year due to recent rainfall, with many new local buyers competing against travelled buyers from Taroom, Tambo and Hannaford.
