Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect for new business opportunities and generate listings
• Appraise, list, market and sell residential, rural and lifestyle properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community
• Develop and manage a client database
• Conduct property inspections including open homes
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to all stakeholders
• Execute effective property marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance with all industry legislation and professional standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
• Hold a current Real Estate Licence (essential)
• Hold a current driver's Licence (essential)
• Have experience within the real estate industry or a proven sales background
• A genuine passion for real estate
• Have strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Be highly motivated, self-disciplined and results-driven
• Understand current Real Estate legislation and compliance requirements
• Possess strong organisational and time management skills
• Have confidence appraising and presenting both rural and residential properties
• Be professional, personable and community-minded
• Embrace technology and modern marketing strategies
• Have a genuine passion for property and helping people achieve their real estate goals
