Wednesday 2nd October 2019 – 686 Head

With a yarding of 686 head saw store cows sell much stronger than the week before with numerous feedlot buyers operating. Export cattle again strong selling similar to last week for the quality yarded. Feeder steers sold to much higher demand than last sale topping at $2.90/kg. Good quality cattle to kill are still in demand in most categories. Light calves to kill sold to a firm market this week.
