SARINA PRIME & STORE SALE – 30TH MAY 2025 – MARKET REPORT – 547 HEAD
The Sarina combined agents yarded a total of 547 head, comprising of 221 steers, 180 heifers, 92 cows, 33 bulls and mickeys and 8 cows and calves. The market held firm around the majority of the yarding with fewer pens selling to a softer market based on quality. The yarding was very mixed throughout the sale. From very good quality cattle to various pens of store type cattle. Local meat works and frequent buyers attended, as well as buyers from the north and south. With widespread rain around the central Queensland district, the sale gained vendor confidence with a buoyant sale.
