The market was dearer today for all descriptions. The export and slaughter markets were 15c to 20c/kg dearer on last week’s prices. Heavy feeder steers sold to exceptional rates today. A very good run of re-stocker steers came to hand and sold to a strong panel of buyers. Weaners continue to be in short supply but those on offer sold to strong rates.
