Hayes & Co hosted another top-quality yarding at the Kilcoy Store and Fat Sale on Saturday 7th September 2024. The sale was highlighted by an impressive line of Charbray cross weaners a/c Coopers Road Properties. 418 head were yarded seeing a stronger market for all types, especially stronger competition on weaner and backgrounder steers. Buyers attended from the local areas as well as travelled buyers from Muckadilla and Goomeri. Fat cattle were in short supply but reached prices stronger than the current market, with all processors present.
