A record yarding for Hayes & Co at the Eumundi Saleyards with 545 head coming to hand in a strong buyers market. Meatwork’s cattle were strongly sought after with a full panel of regular buyers in attendance competing against a new travelled buyer. Light feeders and restockers made up the majority of the yarding with quality Charbray cattle leading the way in what was said to be one of the best yardings at Eumundi.
